Mass Court at 300 Massachusetts Avenue NW in East End will set you back a few thousand dollars a month in rent, depending on which unit you choose, but in return you'll get, first and foremost, an amazing location in the heart of DC with spectacular views of the city. We’re not sure who lives here, but Mass Court would be the perfect place to call home if you worked at the Capitol, as you could walk to work in 18 minutes (unless you have a personal chauffeur, of course). Or if you’re a rich (and smart) Georgetown law student, you’d live right around the corner from school, literally. And if you happened to be a busy socialite (who loves shopping and entertainment) Gallery Place Chinatown is only 10 minutes away.  Besides living in a walker’s paradise, the year-round heated roof-top pool at Mass Court, along with the roof-top hangout place also known as the sundeck, friendly four-star concierge services, a 24-hour fitness center with yoga studio, dry-cleaning services, resident lounge, media room, and ongoing fun events and perks for residents are also nice to have.  For about $3,000 and up to $18,000 per month you can rent one of the most expensive units in the building – a two-bedroom with den, 2-bath, 2-level city loft. Or, for about $2,700 and up to $14,000 per month, you can rent a sleek one-bedroom loft. As in any self-respecting luxury apartment building, the floor plans have famous names like: Dali, Carlyle, Healy and Armstrong. The luxury lofts boast 14’ picture windows, high ceilings, spacious walk-in closets, skylights, private patio and ah-mazing views of the city!
